Dr. Mohit Chaudhary is the Founder and Chairman of Jeevan Jyoti Multispeciality Hospital & Trauma Center. With over 15 years of experience in medicine and healthcare administration, he founded this hospital in 2015 with a simple yet powerful vision — to bring quality medical care to the doorstep of Chandpur, Bijnor, and surrounding areas.

Growing up in the region, Dr. Mohit witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by local families who had to travel hours to reach a good hospital. He made it his life's mission to create a healthcare facility that the community could trust and rely on — one that combines modern medicine with genuine compassion for patients.

Under his leadership, Jeevan Jyoti has grown from a modest clinic to a 100-bed multispeciality hospital with advanced surgical capabilities, intensive care units, and a team of 8+ specialist doctors. The hospital now serves patients from across the entire district and neighboring areas.

Dr. Mohit personally oversees the quality of care delivered at the hospital, ensuring that every patient receives the same level of attention and expertise regardless of their background. His approach to healthcare is rooted in the belief that medical excellence and compassion must go hand in hand.
